Updates due to COVID-19
As directed by the UAE authorities, Emirates will suspend flights to Guangzhou (CAN) and Shanghai (PVG) from Wednesday 5 February 2020, until further notice.

New requirements for passengers departing Beijing
Emirates will continue operations to/from Beijing (PEK) as scheduled. However, passengers are advised to arrive 4 hours before scheduled departure time.
From 14 February, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) will conduct a COVID-19 test on passengers arriving from Beijing with Dubai as their final destination. Passengers who are transiting through Dubai International airport will not be tested. Customers will be given DHA’s Health Declaration Forms at Beijing check-in, which they should complete and hand over to the DHA during the COVID-19 testing in Dubai. Our airport services team will escort passengers to the health screening area at Dubai International airport on arrival.
